- Advice on Alcohol cut down, alcohol diary and Cognitive behavioural therapy
support. - Advice:
- men and women are advised not to drink more than 14 units a week on a regular basis
- spread your drinking over 3 or more days if you regularly drink as much as 14 units a week
- if you want to cut down, try to have several drink-free days each week
- Hazardous Drinking: A pattern of alcohol consumption that potentially places the person at risk of adverse health events (medical, physical, and
psychological). - Harmful Drinking: A pattern of alcohol consumption that leads to adverse health events (medical, physical, and psychological).
- Legal Limit: 14 Units per week for Males & Females
Screening:
- HPV Vaccines: Boys & Girls 12 – 13 years of age and then 6 months later a second dose (up to 25 years)
- Shingles Vaccine: 70 – 78 Years Age
- Diabetes Eye Screen: Annually
- Cervical Screening: 25 – 64 years age
- AAA Screen > 65 years
