- CYP450 inhibitors (SICKFACES.com) : Sodium valproate, IHN, Clarithromycin, Ketoconazole, Fluconazole, Alcohol Binge, Amiodarone, Ciprofloxacin, Erythromycin , Sulfonamides, Chloramphenicol, Omeprazole , and Metronidazole)- Drugs used with these will not be metabolized adequately and their therapeutic efficacy will be increased
