Pacing Rhythm. below threshold: (no Electrical capture)

B.
increase current 5-10 MA Until Electrical Capture and check for mechanical capture

C.
Resite the electrodes and or Reverse the paddles
Restart the procedure/Consider call cardiologist for Transvenous pacing
