A 61-year-old woman, with a history of hypertension, presents to AED complaining of sudden onset palpitations which came on about 2 hours ago. and dizziness, her observations are: BP 125/95, HR 150 bpm, RR 20, Sat 98% on room air, temp 36.7 C. Her ECG is shown below:
