He was found unresponsive on a nearby park bench, his GCS was 6 and RR was 6 breath / min, and his pupils are pin point, He is unkempt and has signs of intravenous drug abuse on his arms. Ambulance crew gave him (Naloxone) and GCS improved and dropped again to 8 and RR now 8 breath / min
