35 y/o male patient presented to ER after trauma with ankle fracture dislocation. Both lower end fibula and medial malleolus are fracture, AP and Lateral view done and shown below, Your Senior will do ankle reduction in ED.

Neurovascular Status exam of the affected limb.

Subtalar joint dislocation, (Irreducible reduction)

Immediate referral to the Orthopedics team for consideration of CT and ORIF.
